End User Agreement

We provide the results of our applications ("Results") on the next conditions:

  • You may not alter or modify the Results.
  • You may use the Results for your own needs only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute or publish the Results in any form without our prior written consent.
  • All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content of the Results is the property of Almex Enterprises and protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  • You must include a valid copyright notice on your products and services that include copies of the Results.
  • You must indemnify and hold harmless Almex Enterprises from and against any claims or lawsuits that arise from the use of the Results.
